Leominster, MA – August 5, 2026 – Aaron Industries, a leading provider of recycled polymer solutions, is proud to announce the appointment of Todd Marchand as President. In this role, Marchand will lead the company’s continued growth in recycled material innovation while supporting strategic business development and operational excellence across the organization.

Marchand brings more than two decades of plastics industry experience, including 20 years with Aaron Industries. During his tenure, he has held leadership roles spanning sales, operations, manufacturing, and executive management. Most recently, he served as Vice President, where he helped guide the company through a period of significant growth and advancement.

Over the past 15 years, Marchand has played an instrumental role in doubling company revenue, expanding Aaron’s customer base beyond the Northeast, and strengthening the company’s presence in the Canadian market. He also participated in key organizational improvements, including the development of internal systems and office staff, as well as the implementation of ERP and quality management systems. This sales growth led Aaron to modernize all manufacturing equipment to support increased capacity and consistency.

In addition, Marchand helped build Aaron Industries’ pulverizing business from the ground up, growing the operation to three pulverizing lines running 24 hours a day, five days a week. He has also overseen vendor relationships and supply contracts to ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability customers expect.

Beyond his work with Aaron, Marchand was one of the founders of PEAK Performance Compounding LLC and served as President for six years. In 2025, the majority stake in PEAK Performance Compounding was sold to the Haartz Corporation. Marchand holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Worcester State University.
